Delivery

UK delivery only. UK delivery is free of charge – I treat every artwork with exceptional care, from creation to delivery, making sure it arrives in perfect condition, shape and exactly as envisioned.

Returns

• I want you to love your artwork. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact me for the returns address to initiate return.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• It is recommened to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  
• Items must be returned in their original condition. It is highly recommended to use the original packaging to ensure a safe return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
• Custom or commissioned pieces are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• If you order arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours with photographs of the damage and to request the return address.

Refunds

• Once I receive and inspect your returned item I will issue a refund to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
